Quality Assurance

Homecare support covers all policies and activities implemented within our QCS Policies and Procedures.

This includes:

  • Carrying out monitoring visits and service user surveys
  • Coordinating the issues and reviewing policies and procedures
  • Monitoring the service to ensure they meet the relevant statutory standards
  • Liaising with other external agencies, multi-disciplinary teams and local authority
